Grow Yourself

The project Grow Yourself is an interactive seasonal calendar designed to combat the high statistical figures of young female demographics suffering from psychological distress in Australia.

HOW TO

Illustrations of different ‘flower-people’ are printed on each page and prompters for self-care tasks are incorporated as sticker covers in this design. The aim for the user is to complete these selfcare activities to reveal the colourful flower-people images underneath. After all tasks are completed, users can scan the revealed images to see an AR version of the flower-people in motion where they bloom into a happy, healthy flower, representing users’ healthier minds and body. Blank colouring book pages are also printed behind each image as an additional selfcare activity.
