D.O.T.S, aka 'Don't Over Think Sh*t', is a concept adaptogen beverage brand to hit the Australian market in 2023. D.O.T.S creates a non-alcoholic spritz (can) and spirit (bottle) with functional ingredients (adaptogens) designed to change the age-old drinking experience and allow your mind to unwind and focus better. We all have too many tabs open in our browsers and in our brains; that's why DOTS was created — to take you on a journey of stress-relieving and mood-boosting good vibes. 18+ year-olds who love to attend social events or networking events but struggle with anxiety and rely on alcohol for confidence and to feel good. However, they would love to have a healthier social drink alternative that reduces their anxiety whilst making them feel vibey.
21-50-year-olds who work either from home (freelance/ remote) or within an office that struggles with productivity, stress and focus. They would love a healthier alternative ‘pick me up’ beverage to energy drinks or coffee.
Alike street art, our drinks are a public canvas to start an open dialogue; particularly about struggles with anxiety, addiction and burnout as a creative. It’s more than just a drink in a bottle/ can, it’s a message & a movement.
Adaptogenic herbs/ plants are a select group of herbs that have powerful properties to help our bodies cope with the stressors of modern life. For example, the Ashwagandha plant helps manage and reduce stress and anxiety, while the amino acid L-Theanine helps improve mood and focus.

Allegra is a digital designer with a Bachelor of Design (Visual Communication) from QUT. Her love for technology and design started from a passion for creating experimental designs, branding, typography and 3D art experiences that are both timeless and unexpected. She continuously learns new techniques, theories and technologies to push not only the boundaries of art and design but also herself as an emerging designer.
